Recognizable by it’s longer length, and stitched top where the tube of wool comes together, these are incredibly rare even when looking for the USN version. This is a US Coast Guard issue making it more or less a holy grail in terms of watchcaps.

Some small signs of wear, a few minor holes as is common with all very old wool. but overalls in very good and wearable condition.
